❌ No hard-standing outdoor hires – we only set up outdoors on real grass or indoors at venues
🚪 No delivery through residential homes for bouncy castles – access must be via a wide, clear outdoor access point
📅 Weekday hires are full-day: Delivery between 7–9am, collection between 7–9pm
📆 Weekend hires are for 6 hours, starting from your chosen delivery time
📐 Ensure Adequate Space for Your Booking It is essential that you have the required space available for the equipment being delivered. If the equipment does not fit, full payment will still be required. To avoid any issues, please make sure to check the specific size requirements under the "Sizes" tab before completing your booking. This will ensure a smooth setup and a stress-free experience on the day of your event!
