How to Book Your Bouncy Castle

Browse Our Website – Find a product you love.
Pick Your Date – Our availability checker makes it easy to see if your chosen castle is free.
Add Any Extras – Soft play, giant games, or fun party add-ons.
Fill in Delivery Details – Let us know about the hire location, access, and times.
Choose How to Pay – Either a deposit (with the balance in cash on delivery) or the full amount online.
Get Your Confirmation Email – Your booking is now secured.

On the Day of Your Event

Driver Notification – You’ll get a message when our driver is on the way.
Setup – We handle all the heavy lifting. Your driver will set up the equipment, take photos, and get a signature confirming delivery.
Payment – If any balance is due, it’s collected in cash on delivery.
Enjoy Your Party! – Follow our safety guidelines to keep everyone safe and the equipment in great condition.
Collection – At the agreed time, our driver returns to pack away.

Safety & Supervision

Your safety is our number one priority. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times, it should never be left unattended. The same applies for soft play and any other hired equipment.

Please also follow these important guidelines:

Respect the maximum height limit for your inflatable.
Keep the inflatable secured to the ground at all times.
No food, drink, bbq, pens, glitter, glow sticks, smoking, or pets on or near the equipment.
Remove shoes, jewellery, badges, and sharp objects before use.
Avoid overcrowding – follow the age/size recommendations on the unit.
No water, silly string, henna, face paint, party poppers, or similar near the inflatable.
Do not use the equipment in winds over 24mph, heavy rain, or thunderstorms.
Slides must be used feet first, one at a time.
Do not bounce on the front step or climb on the walls.

What We Need from You

To make sure the day runs smoothly:

Grass Only for Outdoor Hires – We do not set up on hard-standing outdoors.
No Delivery Through Homes – Access must be through a wide, clear outdoor path.
Check the Sizes – Make sure your space fits the equipment (check our “Sizes” tab before booking).
Weekday Hires – Full-day (delivery between 7–9am, collection between 7–9pm).
Weekend Hires – 6-hour hire from your chosen start time.
